Structure of equipment (device)
1.Machine section The body adopts castings, which are composed of machine seat and upper cover plate. The left and right sides of the body are equipped with one of each side of the double row centered roller bearing in horizontal direction, and are connected with the upper cover plate. The middle roller bearing seat is bolted with the adjusting screw and the spring on the cover plate to make the front and back movement. The right end of the bearing seat is used to support the slow, medium and fast three rollers. The right end of the roller shaft has a cooling water pipe and water tank, and the left end gear. 2.Transmission section: The lower part of the machine seat is equipped with a motor, which is driven by triangular tape to pass into the fast roller, which is driven to the middle roller by the gear, and the middle roller to the slow roller. 3.Roller: The roller is divided into fast, medium and slow one, all made of cold hard alloy cast iron, the two ends are pressed into the high quality steel shaft head which has been heat treated, the left shaft head is equipped with transmission gear, and the middle through hole of the right shaft head is used as the channel hole for cooling the roller when working. The cold hard layer of the roller is not less than 15mm, its hardness is not less than hardness 70, and the surface is ground by precision. 4.Feeding apparatus The feeding device is composed of copper knife and copper knife support, which is installed at the two ends between the slow roller and the middle roller, the copper knife arc is close to the surface of the slow and middle roller, and the material is not flowing, the copper knife support is fixed on the body with bolts, which is convenient to adjust the edge distance and disassemble and clean, and the copper knife should be adjusted frequently to facilitate the surface of the roller. 5.Cooling equipment In order to eliminate the roller work properly, the heat expansion caused by the friction affects the flat contact surface of the roller, the cooling water pipe is installed at the right shaft head of the roller, and the rubber pipe is installed at the water pipe joint. After heat exchange through the inner wall of the roller, the original hole returns to the water tank and flows into the sewer. 6.Discharge device The discharging plate for discharging is mounted on the body's discharging plate support, the discharging plate is equipped with a blade, and the blade is close to the surface of the fast roller through the adjusting screw of the discharge plate, and the position of the knife edge should be higher than that of the center of the roller, so as to facilitate the smooth scraping of the material attached to the surface of the fast roller after grinding. 4.Pressure regulator Rotate the hand wheel, through the action of the screw and spring, prompt the fast and slow roller to move along the guide rail before and after, to adjust the grinding fineness of the slurry.
